Where does my order come from?
Our manufacturing and warehouse is located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
How do you process my order?
Orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained.
Please supply a correct working phone number, email address and shipping address so your order can be successfully processed. ShopMoola reserves the right to cancel a customer’s order if information cannot be verified.
When will my order ship?
Before shipping, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise noted.
The cutoff time to begin processing an order is 2:00 p.m., PST. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m., PST, will begin processing the following business day. If orders are placed on weekends or holidays it will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping times may vary based on your chosen shipping method and your shipping location. During holidays, shipping may be delayed depending on shipping carrier.
Can I order out of stock products?
All merchandise is normally held in stock with the exception of custom products. However, our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, and sometimes an item will be out of stock even though it shows as in stock. If this occurs, we will notify you by phone and email. You will have the choice of waiting for the item on backorder or cancelling your order. Most of our items restock within 1-2 weeks.
How do I track my order?
Please refer to your email order confirmation, there is a link with package tracking to follow your package location.
Can I cancel my order?
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If you would like to cancel your order, please cancel as soon as possible at shop@shopmoola.com or call 702-509-4861, within 2 hours of your order. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
How do I use a e-gift card or promotion code?
When you are on checkout page enter your codes in the corresponding promo code and gift card fields.
Only one promo code can be applied per order.

How do I send a e-gift card?

Where do you ship to?
We ship to all US states and to most international countries. Including P.O. Boxes and all military locations via their APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
You are responsible for custom taxes, fees and duties imposed by your country. ShopMoola is not responsible for any Customs Duties, Tariffs, VAT’s and any fees your country charges. These are to be paid by the you the customer.
Are taxes and duties included in my order?
Out-of-state orders will not be charged sales tax. Nevada orders will be charged sales tax ranging from 4.6% to 8.38% depending on local municipalities and delivery locations.

I did not receive my package, what should I do?
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly as we will ship a package to the supplied shipping location.
Once the carrier receives your package ShopMoola is not liable for lost, stolen, held and or damaged packages. ShopMoola recommends including insurance and tracking when choosing the shipping method of your choice. If you need assistance with your package please contact customer service at shop@shopmoola.com with your name and order number.
Can I receive free shipping?
To qualify for “free shipping,” orders must be within the 48 contiguous US States, over $75 and shipped to a single United States postal address.
