If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return for Credit

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for credit only.

All returns for credit MUST have an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Please contact us before you send the product back so we can issue you an RMA# along with a form for you to fill out and send back with your product.

Any packages that arrive without a valid RMA# will be refused and the carrier will return to you.

All eligible returns for credit products are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the products back to ShopMoola and a credit will be issued.

To be eligible for a return for credit, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging with tags and liner
  • The product is not used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • The product is order free of lotion, perfume, and smoke

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return for credit.

Shipping charges

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from ShopMoola. We suggest you obtain insurance and a tracking receipt to ensure that your package is delivered to ShopMoola.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance at returns@shopmoola.com or call 702-509-4861.

Sale and discount items

Unfortunately, sale and discount items cannot be returned for credit. Only regular priced items can be returned for credit.

e-Gift Cards

e-Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
