We are not currently offering returns, exchanges and or credit on our items purchased due to health/hygiene reasons.
We attach importance to the quality of products and services we offer, so before sending your ordered out, we double check each product and packaging before shipping to make your receiving experience happy.

All items must be returned in their original condition and with all original packaging and tags, to qualify for an exchange. Items that do not meet these criteria’s will not be considered for exchange.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from ShopMoola. We suggest you obtain insurance and a tracking receipt to ensure that your package is delivered to ShopMoola.
